To secure your booking with Ariel's Travels, a deposit may be required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is typically due before the tour start date.

• All prices are quoted in LKR/USD and are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.
• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Full refund less administrative fees.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund.

Ariel's Travels acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by third-party service providers.

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and loss of luggage.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
